Trade Bookings
To request a stand, please complete the following booking form. Completion of this form is not a guarantee of a successful application and does not constitute acceptance of the trade booking. Successful applicants will be notified by the organiser by email/telephone. If successful, applicants will receive details of their stand location in due course. Acceptance of an application by the Belfast Telegraph (the organiser) will create a legally binding contract on and subject to the organiser’s conditions of booking and regulations referred to therein. By agreeing to the terms and conditions and submitting this booking form, you are applying for the exhibition stand space and agreeing to pay for your stand and any additional facilities required. You will be invoiced upon confirmation of booking and payment will be due within 14 days of invoice receipt by BACS or credit card. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable with the exception of the event being cancelled.
The organisers reserve the right to require the exhibitor to remove its stand immediately and without any refund if the organisers have reason to believe that the exhibitor is in breach of any laws or regulations.
